For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By registering an Account, accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using the zzz7 Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the Platform.

If you are accessing zzz7 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement. You and that person will both be jointly and severally liable for all obligations under this Agreement.

zzz7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zzz7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
